Hair Growth + Weightloss Vegan Shake (Reformulating, Repackaging and testing in Progress. Restocking early 2025)

Well, I cannot say much about it because I didn't get to try it out. They want you to be able to drink it in one month. Before I started my journey of drinking it, it expired. So, pretty much, they give you one month to drink the whole thing. Because I didn't get to taste it or drinker before the one month period it expirso. I thought it was going to take three-month because that's a big bottle, but it gives you a month And that's not enough time so I can give much on it.

This formula is tasty, filling and non-gasy.

I've been on a break from taking the supplement for about the past week as recommended by my trichologist so that it wouldn't interfere with my blood work results. Now that my labs are complete, I plan to get back to taking the protein powder tomorrow. I've been taking it daily and while I'm not big on the taste, I believe it has been helping my hair grow along with keeping my hair in cornrows for the past two months so I'm not playing with it too much.

The taste is terrible! I finally finished one container and am dreading the rest. The only fruits I found tolerable enough to hide the flavor was mixed berry. I see why this stays on sale. Don't waste your money on this one. Still no increase in hair growth either. What a shame. Lesson learned.

I got my hair trimmed and cornrowed just under a month ago now and my hair is visibly growing. When I tug at my individual cornrows, they lift up as a result of new growth, and the hair on the very back of my head (the "kitchen" as some call it) has grown at least an inch despite shaving it off completely when I had my appointment with the stylist. Along with regular Scalp massages, I've been drinking the gigantic hair growth shake almost daily and while the taste and consistency aren't my favorite, the results are certainly showing.

Expires in May. Didn’t know that when I got it and it’s a big tub. It came with a recipe but I just wanted to try it in my coffee and that wasn’t a good idea.

Wasn’t ecstatic over taste. Large container and it’s 1/3 full with protein powder so for $45 you get $25 worth of product. Buy on sale if you want to try but not for me. The hair oil is my world though.

I am horrible when it comes to drinking protein powder lol. I did drink it once already. And it taste pretty good. I just need to hold myself accountable to drink everyday so I can see the results.

The powder is very light weight and can make a mess SMELLS: smell good like vanilla The label ingredients look good SHIP: I got my order in 4 days from the day I ordered it and it came with instructions paper with recipe. Because I’m no exception ☺️LESS THAN ONE YEAR PROGRESS. One shake a day + the added bonus of losing fat and building curves with muscle after using it as a FILLING meal replacement (replaced lunch or dinner with one scoop of the protein, oats, berries and half yogurt). This is the only supplement I take. Love that it’s also a multivitamin. No need to pop pills when this has all the daily recommended vitamins. Tastes amazing with almond milk but better in a smoothie.. not the greatest tasting in plain water. Just being honest

The taste is absolutely GROSS!!! I’ve tried mixng this powder with a little of everything! Nothing seems to mask the taste or taste smell. Definitely a waste of $44.99! I don’t see any visable hair growth! I’ve been drinking this shake for 2 weeks! I will not repurchase!

Taste good and is so nutritious

I suffered from hair loss after a traumatic incident in my life. I bought the protein in June and I didn’t think anything of it until about 5 weeks into drinking the shake every single day. I am seeing a big difference in my hair and the shredding. I feel like I’m getting my life back on track it worked better then I expected. I already have super thin hair so my hair was looking horrible. It’s now much thicker at the base where the new hair is growing in. I am looking forward to how my hair will look in fall

I don't think this company can do any wrong and if they do they are always so considerate and have the best customer service. I FINALLY go to try this shake and HONEY it taste sooooo goooooood!!! Normally, protein shakes taste chalky and blah but IDK what it is but it taste REALLY good. I didn't even need to add honey. Just vanilla almond milk, one scoop and blueberries. Now, the real test is going to be just how it taste w/ plain old water. I'll probably try to give an update on my hair and nail growth later.

I actually drink this with coffee in the morning. Don’t knock it till you try it! Love this protein powder it is indeed versatile and convenient for me. I’m not seeing any crazy results in my hair yet but my nails are growing fast in the 3 weeks I been taking it

I love this protein powder. I’ve tried at least 12 different brands of vegan protein and this one is the best tasting. In the past 2 months I’ve used it my hair grew much more than 2 inches! In a way I guess it’s not such a good thing because my hair is colored and I had to get a retouch earlier than anticipated. I love that it’s low sugar and low calories, please keep it in stock.

I make a mean strawberry banana shake with this powder and it tastes amazing too. I only been using it a few days but I’ve been consistent. I will post an update in a few weeks

I been drinking these shakes daily did 3 weeks and although I’m not sure if its growing my hair but it’s keeping my blood sugar low which is better than vanity I guess I’ll keep drinking it.

The protein powder tasted amazing and it was a nice way to get all my daily vitamins in in one go. I only saw a little bit of growth but maybe I need a second batch to see faster results.

I usually don’t write reviews!!! Not only does this product help with make your nails grow fast and help to keeps you full. I drink one scoop with yogurt, mixed berries, spinach, and banana for lunch and I’m usually not hungry until almost dinner time. I don’t workout but I’m noticing my clothes fitting better. I don’t have a scale but Im certain I lost weight because of it. Please we need a chocolate and strawberry flavor

Tried it with water and hated it until I drank it with almond milk. GAME CHANGER. I literally grew an addiction to this stuff to where I was drinking 3 servings a day (Don’t do it). I did notice that my hair was growing out way faster after coloring it. I have super blonde hair with highlights and it’s ironic that even my stylist pointed it out.

I tried Everything protein Pouf has to offer. All of their products are incredibly amazing!!!!!!! I notice that in the last 3 weeks of taking the protein consistently my skin looks so damn good. My face is flowing. I got a compliment about how good my skin looked and this is the only thing new I have taken. I had to come and reup before my container finished. Another thing is that it makes you feel full after drinking it. I don’t struggle with hunger like I used to. I have braids in and my hair seems to be growing out faster (but I am also using there conditioner spray) . I am happy about my progress

Ever since I bought this protein I been drinking smoothies every day. I even make them while I’m at work if I don’t have time in the morning. This works for beards! My boyfriend uses this protein (I know). He has noticed that his beard is getting thicker and fuller as well as his hair. It works and tastes great in smoothies

I have fine thin hair that seems to be worsening over time. In December I decided to take the leap of faith to try out protein Pouf products. I am currently using the Ayurvedic oil and protein powder for 6 weeks and there is already a noticeable difference in my hair. My hair is growing much faster then usual and seems stronger. I will continue to use these products. I have made a lot of different shakes with the powder but I find that strawberries is my favorite to blend with. I will be a long term customer

Got one for my mom and one for myself. We are both diabetics so the ingredients were perfect for us. My mom says that she’s seeing less shedding and I’m seeing faster hair growth and thicker hair. My nails are also growing faster. We both have been taking this for about 45 days! We do not take it daily. My mom says that she loves the additional vitamins in the protein. The shake tastes a lot better with milk than water. It is even better when fruit is added. I just can’t drink it plain

I’m not vegan but I do my smoothie recipe every morning. I don’t like plant milk so I use 2 percent milk with mixed frozen fruit and yogurt. It gives me an energy boost but that could be a placebo effect. My hair seems to be sprouting but it’s only been two weeks. I will follow up in a few weeks
