I just want to start by saying your products are amazing… However, when I ordered the Batana oil there was a lot of room at the bottom of the jar upon arrival. The container should be COMPLETELY packed FULL with the contents inside. I did send an email as well about this concern, but I did not get a response.

Products are great for our whole family including the males. Makes our natural hair very moisturized, no breakage. Batana Sun Splash is great, butter cream and Batana oil works well together. My husband mentioned he think the Batana oil smells like coffee. Great products. I almost forgot I also have the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner works well and smells great. Time to order more of Butter Cream and Sun Splash. As you see in the video I'm running low.

I use the daily sunplash to revive my hair and I seal the moisture with the bare batana oil! 100/10 I will be ordering another sunplash, it smells so freaking heavenly 🤤, I recently got my Hair done on 8/7 and I’ve been using the duo nearly everyday and my hair has grown soo much! Hi, I really wanted these products to work for my son. He has eczema so his scalp is drier than most. I like the spray that made his hair feel good. The oil was a little drying to his scalp after a week of use, it was no longer moisturizing his scalp causing more drying. The lotion is nice but once his scalp absorbs it an hour later he is scratching his head severely. I did see that you have a brown cream with Batana in it. I will try that cream instead for him in the future. Thank you.
